Solicitation permits are required by all who request to solicit business door-to-door in the borough. You can ask to see a copy of the permit if you feel that a person soliciting is not legitimate. Please call Duryea Borough at 570-655-2829 during business hours (M-F 84), or 911 after hours, to report anyone soliciting at your door if they cannot produce a copy of the permit.
